Chris Palmquist

Chris Palmquist started his jiu-jitsu training in 2000 under the leadership of Joe Pomfret. Chris has been an active instructor of submission grappling since 2005 and has instructed hundreds of adults and children from the beginning on their own journey to. Chris achieved the rank of No-Gi black belt in 2018 and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt in 2024.

Chris has consistently trained for the entirety of his adult life and competed here and there along the way in submission grappling and mixed martial arts. He brings a depth of knowledge and passion for jiu-jitsu that shows through in his thoughtful instruction.
